First we talk with you to understand what you need.

Only AFTER we have discussed the need do we then charge $79 per hour, with a $20 (15 minute) minimum.

We use PayPal and Google Checkout, industry leaders in secure payment processing for your safety.  Once we have finished fixing your computer, or completed your training, we will clearly state how long the service took and email you an invoice for only the time we spent actually working on the solution.

When you receive the email invoice, all you have to do is click on the link, and submit your payment.
