We offer you one-on-one visual training.  By sharing your screen, you watch as we can move your mouse and go step-by-step through the process.  Then we watch you and coach you through the steps on your own.  In short order, you will be able to do it all by yourself.  And if you get stuck - we're here to help in the future!
