SKILLS

Skills 2.4

One Codebase. Every Configuration.

The workspace configuration layer starts rolling out. Navigation, tab ordering, filters and unit names are moving from code into the Configuration API - the workspace, not the codebase, decides what a deployment shows. The first release is live; the rest lands over the coming releases, with user profile pages - learner history and completion detail - next.

ADDED

  • Configuration API, first release - navigation and filters set per workspace, applied instantly, no code changes

  • Answer explanations - every quiz answer gets a why, generated with the course and editable by the operator

IMPROVED

  • Quiz confirmation flow refined - cleaner overlays, corrected close behavior, faster feedback

  • Location prompts now controlled from the console - ask once, never nag

FIXED

  • Grid style layout inconsistencies resolved across screen sizes

  • Completion tick marks display correctly across existing courses

MOBILE

Mobile - Preview

One SDK. It Mounts Modules.

Mobile is one native SDK a customer drops into their app. It loads and mounts modules from Domain and Embed - only what the deployment needs. First module live: the Recommended format from Embed. Nothing redirects inside an app. Grid and Immersive styles are built for it.

ADDED

  • Mobile SDK preview - mounts the Recommended format from Embed inside any native app

  • Config-driven behavior - autoplay, Styles and feed settings controlled from the Audience Console, not app releases

  • Playback defaults per deployment - autoplay and style behavior set once in the console, honored in every app

IMPROVED

  • Grid and Immersive styles tuned for native surfaces and gestures

  • Over-the-air test distribution for partners - new builds in hands within minutes

  • Scroll and tap now tracked as distinct intents for cleaner engagement data

FIXED

  • Session continuity between host app and mounted modules hardened

PLATFORM

Platform 3.2

The Road to Self-Service.

Everything underneath self-service is now live - rebuilt identity, workspace lifecycle, the system email suite and one API gateway. Sign-up itself is in preview, opening with partners first. When it goes public, a customer sets up the business layer of the platform in minutes.

ADDED

  • Workspace lifecycle - create, suspend and archive workspaces from the console

  • System email suite - verify, invite, reset and notification templates, themed per product

  • Self-service sign-up in preview - account creation, sign-in and password reset, partners first

IMPROVED

  • Identity rebuilt - migrated auth environment with role-based access and clean session handling

  • One API surface - every public endpoint consolidated behind a single gateway, fully traceable

  • Embed loads consent-aware - not a single event fires before the visitor agrees

  • Delivery reliability hardened - failed events retry automatically, nothing drops silently

FIXED

  • OTP delivery and sign-in edge cases resolved

  • Storage-to-CDN URL handoff corrected for content downloads

Workspaces - Core Migration

Every Service, Workspace-Aware.

The core services cut over. Search, learning, curation and the Domain services now run workspace-scoped - every event, every query and every course carries a workspace ID. Multi-tenant reporting becomes exact instead of approximate.

ADDED

  • Workspace scoping across search, learning, curation and Domain services - one ID threads the entire platform

  • Course APIs carry workspace context - assignments, progress and reporting always resolve to the right deployment

IMPROVED

  • Analytics rescoped from operator ID to workspace ID - dashboards report the deployment, not the account

  • Versioned API reference documentation published for integrators

FIXED

  • Duplicate duration events in production eliminated at the source

  • Post-migration recommendation and playback regressions patched same day

PLATFORM

Global - Arabic + RTL

Right to Left. Ready for the Gulf.

Arabic language support with right-to-left rendering lands in the Skills LMS - courses read the way they should, start to completion. Underneath it, a second cloud delivery region goes live - Gulf traffic is served in-region, on infrastructure engineered for a clean cutover with zero legacy references.

ADDED

  • Arabic in the Skills LMS - course content renders right to left, correctly

  • Second cloud delivery region live - in-region serving for Gulf deployments

IMPROVED

  • DNS and CDN cutover with zero legacy endpoint references - clean resolution on every network and VPN path

  • Load balancer streaming timeouts tuned for long-running sessions

FIXED

  • In-app browser viewport overlap on the video feed corrected

  • Stale DNS paths to retired distribution endpoints eliminated

PLATFORM

Curative AI - Recommendation Modes

Three Modes. One Signal Loop.

Curative AI learns from acknowledgment. Three recommendation modes ship - from session-aware homepage ranking to full feed personalization - and operators keep a linear mode toggle for feeds that should stay hand-ordered. Engagement signals reach the engine after fewer interactions, so the feed adapts faster at the same cost.

ADDED

  • Acknowledgment-based recommendations - three modes, from homepage ranking to full feed personalization

  • Linear mode toggle - classic ordering or Curative AI ranking, per feed, per operator

  • Cumulative watch time - looped and repeated views counted as the real engagement they are

IMPROVED

  • Click signals stream to Curative AI after fewer interactions - faster adaptation, no added cost

  • Homepage keeps recent uploads pinned while the rest of the surface rotates for freshness

  • Curative AI stays configurable in plain language - and now by signals from the customer's CDP

FIXED

  • Like, share and duration events restored to full fidelity in production

  • Video post events no longer fire on scroll without intent

Packaged, ready-to-deploy course catalogs - starting with Cyber Awareness and AI Upskilling - built with domain-expert instructors and rolling into Skills Platform deployments now. Progress now computes in real time at the concept level, and published courses stay editable.

ADDED

  • Blinklink Skills Library - packaged catalogs begin with Cyber Awareness and AI Upskilling, first deployments underway

  • Real-time course progress - completion computed live at the concept level, no batch jobs

  • Post-publish editing - thumbnails, instructors and subjects update without archiving a course

PLATFORM

Workspaces - Preview

One Record. Renames. Entitles. Configures.

The workspace lands as the business layer of the platform - a configuration record on the technology layer that does exactly three things. It renames the units, entitles the Embed formats and configures SEO, curations and the ads mode. We built Embed, then Domain - but customers buy a use case, not a technology. Skills, Social and Omni are those use cases: three workspaces on one stack. All the "Feed" names live here and only here.

ADDED

  • Workspace architecture - the configuration record behind Skills, Social and Omni deployments

  • Workspace-scoped events - clickstream keyed to workspace ID with session and section identifiers

IMPROVED

  • Central feature toggles - capabilities switch on per workspace, no deployment required

  • Clickstream filtered and restructured for the new schema with zero data loss

FIXED

  • Production feed regression for an enterprise deployment resolved same day

SKILLS

Skills 2.2

A Home for Every Course.

The Skills home is rebuilt. Subject filters, course carousels and pagination bring a full catalog onto one page - and the page keeps up, with course discovery tuned from seconds to instant. Uploads get smarter defaults so operators publish faster and fix less.

ADDED

  • New Skills home - subject filters, course carousels and pagination in one surface

  • Smart defaults at upload - thumbnails and instructors auto-assigned, editable any time

IMPROVED

  • Mobile UI pass across the Skills Platform for frontline devices

  • Course discovery API tuned - filter loads drop from seconds to instant

FIXED

  • Quiz state persistence during course navigation corrected

PLATFORM

Curative AI - The Media Pipeline

The Pipeline, Rebuilt.

The media pipeline behind Curative AI goes event-driven - an upload triggers transcription, summarization and metadata generation the moment it lands, run by the same in-house models Curative AI has always run on. Sharper output, lower latency, zero operator involvement. And releases now pass an automated gate before they ship.

ADDED

  • Event-driven media pipeline - uploads stream through transcription, summarization and metadata generation automatically

  • Automated end-to-end test suite now gates every release before it ships

IMPROVED

  • Curative AI's in-house models retrained - sharper summaries and richer metadata at lower latency

  • Instant first-frame playback on the Domain player - adaptive streaming across every browser

FIXED

  • Quiz and video repetition bugs in course playback resolved

  • Search index instability under infrastructure rotation stabilized

DOMAIN

Domain - One-Click Provisioning

A Platform on Your Subdomain. In Minutes.

Domain deployments provision themselves. CNAME mapping, certificate issuance and the delivery distribution are created automatically - what took an engineering ticket now takes a click in the Audience Console. The first publisher production deployment goes live on it - three dedicated environments, monitored heartbeat to heartbeat.

ADDED

  • One-click Domain provisioning - CNAME, SSL and delivery distribution created automatically

  • Domain management in the Audience Console - create, edit and retire customer domains without engineering

  • Per-video OG metadata - every share unfurls with the right thumbnail and title

IMPROVED

  • Production heartbeat monitoring - data-flow alerts fire before a customer ever notices

  • Every enterprise deployment gets dedicated development, staging and production environments

FIXED

  • Onboarding flow issues cleared ahead of the first publisher Domain go-live
